He is not a trustworthy person. Never mentioned the rate, and then he charged me $111 per hour (that works out to be a salary of $230,000 per year). He is not worth half of that! He is super arrogant with a sky high opinion of himself! If I were you, I wouldn’t walk away from him, I would run!!! If he was any crookeder, you could screw him right into the ground. (19, 8 hour days of house demo, charged 16,982. 00 with sales tax on labor!!!)

I see he has a lot of positive comments. Unfortunately, we had a different experience. He agreed to do a project at our home in September 2025. We were very flexible with our schedule. He never started the project. He just contacted us (Jan2026) and said he was too busy and canceled. So be careful if your project is not big enough he will back out.

After we spoke in very late October, I had several projects I needed to complete before starting yours, then I had unique unavoidable personal circumstances derail my December. Tobin got back to me within a couple hours and that same day he had an opening and got my repair done. I needed a flat roof repair done for a home of mine that included covering seems with roof caulk. Time will tell if it worked but his work looked good. He had fair pricing(especially when considering how prompt he was). Ill use him again in the future. Recommend!

Tobin did a fantastic job knocking out my list of repair and installation items. From fixing a front door frame, installing a ceiling fan and mini-blinds to replacing a kitchen faucet and bathroom shower head, and repairing window wells, Tobin was efficient and did great work.

We called Tobin at a moments notice to come and move and reinstall a stackable washer/dryer from kitchen to basement and also hang blinds in all windows. We needed help with getting a new rental property ready for tennants that would be moving in, in a week. He came and spent the time needed to get the job done and with the help of his daughter he was able to get an extremely awkward washer/dryer unit down a basement stairs. His work was excellent and his friendly nature to an old man who was not much help was appreciated. We will definatly use Tobin again if he is needed.

I had TLC Handyman Services to install a replacement range hood fan and light. Tobin provided a detailed estimated quote for our request ahead of time. On the install date, he arrived on time and provided professional and quality service. He was personable and got right to work when he arrived. I had Tobin fix an issue with one of our doors. From the very beginning, Tobin was professional and responsive, and the work he did was quick and showed great attention to detail.
